Volume Eyelash Extensions

Volume lashes are a newer and more innovative technique where multiple extensions are attached to one lash to give more dimension and texture. Lash extensions typically last the same lifetime as your natural lash cycle, which is between 4-6 weeks. However, to avoid them looking patchy as they grow out, most lash salons usually recommend top ups after 2 or 3 weeks to keep lashes looking completely full and uniform.

Classic Eyelash Extensions

Classic Lashing is a technique in which a single extension is applied to one, isolated natural lash. Classic lashes are perfect for adding length and some fullness to your natural lash line. Typically they last around three to four weeks but you might find yourself needing a fill.

Lash extensions last through a full growth cycle of natural eyelashes, typically six to eight weeks. That said, because each person’s lash growth is somewhat variable (just hair growth), I suggest light lash maintenance every three to four weeks to maintain a full look.

Since each lash extension is attached to a single eyelash, they will fall out naturally along with the natural growth cycle of each lash. We recommend a touch-up every three to four weeks.

When an inexperienced professional applies lashes, he or she often applies one synthetic lash to three to four natural lashes, causing clumps or the lash to break and fall out. In addition, your lashes might fall out if you pick at them or try to pull them out yourself, which is a big no-no. But if you avoid those two problems, your lashes should stay intact.

Keep water away from your lashes for the first 12 to 24 hours after application or touch-ups. Water can weaken the adhesive before it is set and cause lashes to fall off. The after-care varies depending on the glue used. For instance, with glue for sensitive eyes, oil-based products or makeup removers around the eye area are not recommended. Using water-proof mascara on the extensions is not recommended for any type of glue, as it is hard to remove and can actually pull off the lashes prematurely when trying to take it off.

The process can take up to 2 hours. My clients say that daily make-up routines are cut to a third of the time. They feel beautiful and glamorous, even when they wake in the morning. Hybrid Lashes

Hybrid lashes are an excellent choice for clients with fewer lashes. The particular technique results in an extraordinary rich dark set of lashes. If your natural lashes aren’t thick, Hybrid lashes will achieve a fuller look to fill in any empty gaps.

What is a chemical peel?

A chemical peel is a skin resurfacing procedure that uses a solution of various chemicals that are applied to the skin. Chemical peel solutions causes the top layers of the skin to peel off in order to smooth the surface of the skin and provide other benefits like fading fines lines and scars, and lightening hyperpigmentation.
After being applied to the skin, a chemical peel intentionally makes the skin peel.
